What I do:
- Collaborated directly with product managers (PM) and CEO to define user-centric solutions, align technical strategies with business goals, and enhance user experience.
- Partnered with designers to optimize UI/UX, refining interfaces through iterative feedback to ensure intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.
- Research, analyze, and set up libraries and boilerplates for each project.
- Work with BE using Java, Go, and Node.js.
- Build a design system with design from scratch.
- Build internal packages to keep code shareable & maintainable.
- Work with DevOps to build CI/CD and optimize Dockerfile. Migrate from Jenkins to K8S.
- Write reusable components with maintainable code and follow ESLint rules.
- Optimize speed load using lazy-loading, CDN, code splitting, and bundle analysis.
- Integrate with top-tier payment at VietNam like MoMo, ZaloPay, Payoo, OnePay, Viettel Money,...
- Review and share new technology with the team.
- Build Node.js utils tools.
- Set up and create a WordPress blog.

Result: Saladin's first one-stop shop insurance with more than 2M customers, more than 10 standalone products for user selection, with multiple insurer options, including Bao Viet, Bao Minh, Liberty, MSIG, PVI, VNI, and BSH. Admin internal tools with various features for staff and partners.

Tech: I started by creating a WordPress theme and then moved on to Next.js SSR. I used React.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, and Webpack to build internal tools like a chatbot builder, ads system, and symptoms checker tool.

What I do:
- Work with PM to enhance features and user experiences.
- Work with lead FE, BE to migrate 9 WordPress sites to Next.js
- Build ads system tool using Vue.js with many features like drag & drop and dynamic conditions.
- Build a content editor tool with React to help the content team easily edit and publish.
- Build chatbot builder with React for creating a dynamic chatbot using React flow.
- Research and build custom WordPress plugins
- Work with the Data team to build an internal tool
- Work with BE using Go and PHP.

Result: Successfully mirage WordPress to Next.js in 2 months. Optimize speed for better loads. From 4-5s to < 2s. HelloBacsi, HelloSehat is the top website for healthcare, with 30 million views per month. Tool editors reduce time and optimize flow for content teams. Dynamic chatbot quickly creates multiple campaigns for the marketing team.

Tech: Using Cordova with Angular to build the hybrid mobile app. Apply Native Script to build the mobile native app (iOS & Android)

What I do:
- Work with the team to maintain and develop a hybrid mobile app for sales.
- Work with the Java team to integrate APIs
- Create components for the Abode Experience Manager
- Research and apply Native script using React.js and Vue.js to build an app for a big company in the Philippines.
- Training 2 interns to become members of teams.
- Sharing trending front-end techs with presents.

Result: We deployed 2 mobile apps for big companies. One app has more than 10 million downloads on CH Play. A website that helps people buy phones and register telecom has 25 million views per month.

Tech: WordPress, Shopify, Haravan themes.

Team size: 4

What I Do:
- Convert PSD and Illustrator to landing pages or create themes for WordPress with mobile-first and responsive design.
- Modify theme for Shopify; Haravan follows design.
- Research about MongoDB, GraphQL
- Build internal Node.js tools
- Optimize page speed

Result: Create more than 10 themes on WordPress, Shopify, and Haravan websites to make clients happy by delivering on time.
